Delete your The Hack account

You can ask us to delete your The Hack app account and its associated data at any time, from the app or from this page.

In the app

1. Open The Hack app and sign in.
2. Go to Members > Account > Help > Delete my account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Without the app

Enter your account's email. We'll send you a link to confirm the request is yours.

You can also email us from your account's address at info@usethehack.com

When it's deleted

Deletion takes effect 7 days after you confirm it. Until then you can cancel it with the link we email you. If you have an order waiting for pickup, collect it or wait for it to be cancelled before deleting your account.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, phone number and ID document.
• Your saved addresses.
• Your saved cards.
• The health data in your prescriptions.
• Your community posts, photos and comments.

What we keep

• Your order, payment, points and credit history, with nothing that identifies you, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
• The record of the data-processing authorizations you accepted, detached from your personal data, as proof of legal compliance.
