Include your account email and, if it's about an order, the order number. We reply on business days.
Your account
If you can't sign in, don't receive your verification code or want to update your details, email us from the address you signed up with.
Orders and payments
You can follow your orders in the My orders section of the app. If a payment doesn't show up or an order doesn't arrive, email us with the order number.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return from the order's detail screen in the app with "Request a return". Time limits and conditions are in our returns and refunds policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app under Account > Help > Delete my account. Deletion takes effect 7 days after you confirm, and you can cancel before then. If you no longer have access to the app, email us from your account's address.
